Ted A. Drauschak
Mr. Drauschak is a graduate civil engineer and a thirty-seven-year seasoned business executive specializing in the provision of project development, construction and risk management services in the global real estate and renewable energy sectors. He is an internationally recognized project execution specialist. He has successfully co-founded and managed as COO, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ:MTBN) as well as several private real estate development special purpose entities. He is currently developing over $200 million of multi-family and commercial real estate projects including branded select service and boutique hotel opportunities, Class A suburban apartment projects and Class A Medical Office Buildings (MOB’s). Several of these projects will contain solar generation components.
