What is Helianthus?
a real estate investment management and development consultancy firm specializing in the successful execution and delivery of US Commercial, Medical and Multi-Family Real Estate assets. Helianthus is currently engaged on behalf of private investors, family offices, and international investors in developing several multi-family, healthcare, and hospitality projects throughout the United States. Helianthus manages the project from proof of concept through financing, construction, occupancy, and (if required) asset management and ultimate disposition. Helianthus is currently developing several multi-family projects including Jenkintown Flats (104-unit luxury apartments and rental townhomes, Yerkes Station (224- unit multi-family), Hopwood Crossing (52-Unit Carriage House project, Candlewood Suites King of Prussia (108 key limited -service extended stay hotel), Jenkintown MOB (30,000 sf Healthcare) and has numerous projects in the formative stage of the development process, including our newest: Bridgeport Flats, a 200+ unit class A apartment Complex.
A Message from the Founder
I’ve had the good fortune over the past 35 years to work with Owners & Investors to develop numerous projects around the world. I see myself as their primary advocate in what is and always has been a very difficult process. I often compare that process to the making of a motion picture where in the producers (my team) have to choose the project, determine its feasibility, hire up the best professionals, and then drive this great swirling mass of ideas, people, and energy through to completion and success.
Helianthus LLC was created to bring these decades of experienced knowledge and driven capability to Owners who are seeking healthy returns on their real estate investments. We provide advocacy and guidance from start to finish, and curate the professionals involved to meet the task at hand. Open communication throughout the process and full accountability from our team are essential in making sure we get you what you want, because it ensures we know exactly what you want.
As with any other business, real estate markets are fickle and often short-lived. Part of our job is to select real estate products that are in need, marketable, and (most of all) financeable. It is our duty to bring your project to bear in the most advantageous way for their flourishing.
